My Review

A Psychopathic killer, a Mexican drug cartel, an afghan man and his family, a former marine, and local gangs make for one day of hell in the city of Pittsburgh. Lucy Guardino returns along with Jenna, Walden and Taylor to help save a city from ruins. The murder of two young girls brings Lucy and her team out to investigate but things don't add up and it only gets worse from there as they all fight to save themselves while attempting to protect innocent civilians. This dark thriller is a high octane ride packed with action and twists and turns around every corner. The dark subjects in this book may not be for everyone but the author tells a great story and her characters are brave and determined to see justice served at all costs. This book will not disappoint!

My Review

Reading this book was like entering a crazy dangerous fun filled magic world. The author has surprises around every corner. The story contains tons of adventure as well as sarcastic and witty characters. I was also pleased that is wasn't your typical vampire or werewolf story! You will encounter witches, jinn, elves, the fae, werewolves and more. Tons of fun and more laughter than imaginable. For a debut book I was very impressed and look forward to the next book in this series!

My review

What happens when you're a werewolf dating a vampire and your best friend becomes processed by a demon? A laugh out loud fun and entertaining story. Rylie notices Jennifer is acting strange and dressing slutty and throwing herself at men. Concerned about her best friend she searches for answers consulting a voodoo priestess and a demon hunter and a soul collector for answers all while attempting to find and save her friend. All while Lily is annoying her about wedding plans and Cole the demon hunter following her around wanting to help Rylie. Can Rylie save her friend or is Jennifers soul doomed to hell? Great addition to an already popular series!

This is a fun story featuring Raelynn who moved to Honeysuckle Kentucky about a year ago with her now ex husband. On her own and starting a new life trouble seems to find her. Working in a store and trying to live her life she suddenly inherits a house from an elderly customer who has passed away. Raelynn is excited and has plans to turn the house into a hotel but her first night in the house she discovers a dead body in the backyard. Everyone in town suspects her of the crime except her gossip happy friend Claire and the sexy local sheriff. She turns to garage sales and thrift shops to decorate her new home turning other peoples trash into treasure. When town gossip causes Raelynn to lose her job at the store she is determined to keep her dreams of the hotel alive while doing some sleuthing of her own. She is attacked coming home from the fairgrounds and is dealing with a bitter new neighbor when she suddenly gets her first guest. Mr. Littlefield is strange and Raelynn is suspicious of him after everything that has happened in the small town lately. Add in her attraction to the sheriff who was once friends with her ex and the mayor's snooty wife and it adds up to one fun mystery. Rose Pressey has done it again looking forward to more of the Honeysuckle townsfolk!

Enter the world of Bishop and the pixies for a laugh out loud magical adventure that will leave you wanting more! Bishop and his team of pixie commandos are after a group of unknown creatures who have a hit list of magical beings. They must find a way to stop the attacks before they have a chance to exterminate all the beings on their list. Great book filled with adventure romance and laughter. Colorful Characters including the mysterious Bishop, pixies, witches, a sweet human named Louise and several highly trained retired elite soldiers. This unlikely team must stop this threat to not only magical creatures but humanity as well. Action and adventure are delivered with bullets, explosives and pixie bombs. Witty and skillfully written this author has done a fantastic job of delivering this story. Best book I've read in a long time. Do you believe in pixies because if not you've been warned!
